Are you passionate about Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and eager to work on exciting R&D projects with leading automotive manufacturers and suppliers? ALTEN Gothenburg is now looking for driven CI/CD Engineers to join our expanding team in the automotive sector.

About the Role

As a CI/CD Engineer at ALTEN, you will play a key role in automating, optimizing, and securing our build, test, and deployment processes for embedded systems and software in the automotive industry. You will work closely with development and testing teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient delivery of high-quality software.

Your Main Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

Automate build, test, and deployment processes for embedded systems

Collaborate with development and testing teams to integrate CI/CD best practices

Your Profile

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

2–3+ years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or software automation

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as:

Experience with Jenkins

Experience in GitLab CI/CD

Experience in GitHub Actions

Experience in Azure DevOps

Knowledge in Scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation

Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their CI/CD solutions

Experience working with local automotive OEMs

Experience in automotive software development
