Assignment Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect

What You Will Work On

Define and design architecture for applications, services and APIs

Drive the evolution of Developer Portal and Partner Service solutions

Lead technical planning, development, deployment and maintenance

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Full-stack Developers

Perform hands-on development and code reviews

Design scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems

Work with microservices and event-driven architectures

Design infrastructure, integration, security and software architecture

Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS

Work with AWS Serverless

Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK and AWS SAM

Develop full-stack solutions using Node.js and TypeScript

Work with GraphQL

Contribute to Java Spring Boot development

Design and maintain reusable components and technical patterns

Ensure integration between backend and frontend systems

Establish coding standards, testing strategies and best practices

Drive performance, scalability, security and reliability improvements

Evaluate new technologies and frameworks

Contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture decisions

Create technical documentation and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions

Collaborate with Enterprise Architects on strategic direction

What You Bring

10+ years of professional experience in software engineering / architecture

University degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience

Strong experience with distributed systems

Strong full-stack development expertise

Expert knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript

Strong experience with GraphQL

Strong experience with AWS Cloud and Serverless

Experience with event-driven and microservice architectures

Hands-on experience with AWS CDK and AWS SAM

Experience with Java Spring Boot

Strong understanding of infrastructure, integration, security and software architecture

Experience with Infrastructure as Code

Strong experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions

Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring developers

Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing and DevOps practices

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fluent English, written and spoken

Valid Swedish work permit if not an EU citizen
