We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable substitute for our First Grade Class Assistant to join our dynamic learning community for the 26/27 academic year. In this role, you will:

Facilitate student-centered learning experiences that align with IB inquiry-based approaches.

Support a structured and engaging classroom environment that supports student well-being and academic growth.

Encourage students to develop independence, collaboration, and a growth mindset.

Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all learners.

Lead individual and small group activities.

Collaborate with the class teacher to guide student learning.

Who You Are

Experienced with working with primary students in an academic setting

Passionate about international education and inquiry-based learning.

Skilled in classroom management and flexible in adapting to different student needs.

Fluent in English (Swedish proficiency is a plus).

Experience in the PYP Program is a bonus, but not required.

We are looking for a start in December or January depending on availability and need.
