About the Role
You will work with advanced digital hardware where high-speed designs, multiple clock domains, and robust RTL implementation are central to success. This role is a great fit if you enjoy taking high-level architecture or detailed requirements and turning them into reliable FPGA solutions that perform well in complex environments.
You will be close to the technical core of the product, with real influence over design quality, implementation choices, and the final result. It is an exciting opportunity for you if you want to work hands-on with technically demanding FPGA development from architecture through implementation.
Job DescriptionYou translate high-level architecture and requirements into robust RTL implementations.
You design FPGA solutions for complex, high-speed, multi-clock systems.
You work hands-on with Clock Domain Crossing and create reliable solutions across multiple clock domains.
You build strong RTL architectures with a clear focus on robustness, performance, and implementation quality.
You make informed coding and RTL design decisions based on how they affect the final implementation.
You contribute across the FPGA design flow, from architecture and design through implementation.
RequirementsStrong background in digital hardware design and RTL development.
Solid experience with Clock Domain Crossing and designing reliable solutions across multiple clock domains.
Experience designing robust RTL architectures for high-speed and multi-clock systems.
Ability to translate high-level architecture and requirements into implementation.
Strong proficiency in VHDL and/or SystemVerilog.
Good understanding of FPGA design flows and the impact of different RTL and coding decisions on the final implementation.
Experience with FPGA design and implementation tools such as Xilinx Vivado and/or Intel Quartus.
Nice to haveKnowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet, PCIe, I2C and/or I3C.
Previous experience from a similar large-scale FPGA development environment.
