About the role

Our client is a leading company in the automotive industry, specializing in American car brands such as Dodge and RAM. They provide import, distribution, spare parts, and service solutions across Europe.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support the Head of Customer Experience. To succeed in this role, you are structured, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks while taking initiative and ownership.

German proficiency is a strong advantage, as much of the customer communication is in German, but it is not a requirement.

This is a six-month consulting assignment through Academic Work, with the possibility of extension. The role is based on-site at our client’s office in Kista.

Work tasks

Contact customers and suppliers, including international contacts.

Handle administrative tasks and support the Head of Customer Experience.

Follow up on cases and help resolve customer and supplier issues.

We are looking for

Good knowledge of administration and order handling processes.

Great communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Good knowledge of ERP systems and order management systems.

Good administrative skills with a strong focus on detail.

Experience in Microsoft Office, for example Excel and Powerpoint.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

It is meritorious if you have

Great communication skills in Swedish and/or German, both spoken and written.

Experience with safety recalls from a manufacturer’s perspective, regardless of industry, is considered a strong advantage, as this will be a key part of the role.
