Assignment Description

We are looking for a mid-to-senior Platform / DevSecOps Engineer

What You Will Work On

Build reusable, extensible and secure platform solutions

Develop and improve Golden Paths for engineering teams

Build and experiment with AI, LLMs, agents and MCP

Explore AI-driven improvements to software development workflows

Work closely with engineering teams to understand pain points

Develop solutions that improve developer experience

Continuously improve existing platform capabilities based on user feedback

Build and maintain cloud-native solutions

Automate development and deployment processes

Apply DevSecOps and secure-by-design principles

Take ownership of ideas and drive them from concept to implementation

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Strong DevSecOps fundamentals and mindset

Hands-on experience with:

Kubernetes or OpenShift

Azure

Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions

Docker

Terraform

Bash and/or PowerShell

Git-based workflows

Software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript and/or React

Strong understanding of secure-by-design principles

Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI and its use in software development

Experience with Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)

Agile mindset

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Interest in improving developer experience and engineering productivity
