Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead

What You Will Work On

Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and test plan

Plan and coordinate testing between business, IT and external suppliers

Lead and support project testers and other testing participants

Lead system testing, integration testing and business acceptance testing

Ensure test cases and acceptance criteria cover requirements and key use cases

Ensure appropriate test data and test environments are available

Lead defect management and follow up test results

Monitor quality, risks and dependencies and report status to project management

Assess remaining quality risks before go-live

Coordinate closely with project managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, development and integration teams

Create structure and alignment across complex testing activities

What You Bring

Relevant university degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 9 years of experience planning and leading testing across multiple test phases

Experience from complex solutions with multiple integrations and dependencies

Strong understanding of:

Test methodology

Test cases

Test data

Defect management

Experience coordinating testing between business, IT and external suppliers

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Ability to work independently and take ownership of test activities

Strong risk and quality management skills
