Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Leader

What You Will Work On

Develop test strategies and test plans

Coordinate and lead test teams and testing activities

Plan and execute testing activities when required

Coordinate testing across internal and third-party resources

Perform integration, system, acceptance and regression testing

Report test progress, results and issues

Follow up defects and testing activities

Communicate with project management and stakeholders

Define scope, resources, schedules and work allocation with stakeholders

Ensure testing follows company procedures and quality standards

Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams

Support IT and industrial IT projects within a factory environment

What You Bring

Experience as a Test Leader in IT or software development projects

Experience with test management in Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and SAFe

Experience working with traditional project models

Experience with:

Integration testing

System testing

Acceptance testing

Regression testing

Experience working with both internal systems and customer-facing solutions

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Ability to facilitate communication between business and technical teams

Experience leading teams and managing testing activities

Strong planning, reporting and communication skills
