Job Description

As a Supply Operations Developer you will work to secure excellence in total Supply Chain operational performance as well as contribute to further the development. You will stay in in close cooperation and alignment with all relevant supply chain stakeholders and contribute to reach customer perceived availability at the lowest total cost. As Supply Operations Developer you will:

Secure end-to-end logistical performance within the assigned geographic scope or range dimension, ensuring operational excellence and flow efficiency.

Align with supply chain stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve constraints, enabling seamless flow execution and effective cross-functional alignment.

Drive continuous improvement of replenishment and logistics solutions by optimizing supply chain capabilities, mitigating risks, and reducing total costs.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role as a Supple Operations Developer we believe you have:

University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant working experience.

Good understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and end-to-end value chain processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.

Experience in implementing and improving processes, tools, and ways of working.

Knowledge of supply chain performance management and key performance indicators.

Previous knowledge of IKEA Range is beneficial

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and stakeholders.

Good digital skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Power BI.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
