We are looking for a Team Captain for one of our product teams. We are looking for someone who can:

Job description

Your work tasks will include the following:

Lead a team of Website Managers and Vice-Captains, ensuring strong individual and team performance

Development and Salary talks

Drive the company’s strategy, prioritization, and execution across a portfolio of websites

Develop and grow team members through regular feedback, coaching, and evaluations

Own the team’s contribution to department goals and company success

Act as the link between the team and leadership - translating strategy into action

Shape the team’s ways of working, focus, and culture

Identify hiring needs and support onboarding of new team members

Contribute to company-wide initiatives and represent Product at cross-department level
