About the job

Alfa Laval is on the journey of a step-wise rolling out of Shared Services within the group. Proven leadership of complex, multi-country HR technology implementations

Strong programme and project governance capabilities

Proven experience in driving cross-functional HR System implementation project in a dynamic and global context, preferably from Time & Attendance & Absence system

Ability to operate effectively within an international matrix organization

Experience aligning global standards with country-specific legal and operational requirements

Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT, payroll, vendors and business leadership

A disciplined approach to risk, dependencies, data, testing, change and deployment

Strong communication and leadership skills; decision-making will be key
