Assignment Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Lead Engineer within Electrical & Controls

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate the technical work within electrical and control systems

Take overall responsibility for the technical content within the assigned area

Ensure technical solutions, contract requirements and deliveries align with project objectives

Coordinate work between electrical and controls engineers

Work closely with project management, customers, suppliers and internal functions

Represent the organization in technical discussions with external stakeholders

Manage technical interfaces, deviations and changes throughout the project

Interpret and implement technical specifications and project requirements

Support customer-specific technical solutions

Ensure structured handling of technical issues throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring

Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related technical field

At least 4 years of relevant experience in technical projects

Experience in electrical engineering, control systems, automation or a related technical field

Experience in technical project management, coordination or a leading technical role

Ability to understand and translate technical specifications and project requirements

Strong communication and collaboration skills across different organizational levels

Good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken

Ability to work with structure, flexibility and a holistic perspective

Meritorious

Experience from energy, process or power generation industries

Experience with international customer and supplier relationships

Experience with technical contract requirements, project schedules and cost follow-up

Knowledge of low-voltage systems

Knowledge of switchgear, UPS and electrical circuit diagrams

Knowledge of control systems and industrial automation

Experience working with complex gas turbine or power generation projects
