Are you a curious developer looking to grow your career? We are looking for a Software Developer to join one of our teams at our R&D site in Linköping. You will help us build and operate video management software for cloud and on-prem solutions, working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do here

As a developer, you will build and refine our products while growing your skills across the stack. You will use modern development methods and AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities include:

Design and implement features across the full stack

Write well-structured, testable, and maintainable code

Collaborate with stakeholders and other development teams

Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration

Drive improvements in our development practices

Participate in everyday teamwork and agile ceremonies

Explore and bring new ideas to the team

Who are you?

You are a motivated developer who is eager to learn. You enjoy working in a team, you are not afraid to ask questions, and you take pride in quality work. You have a solid foundation in software development and a genuine curiosity for the field. You are also enthusiastic about the shift toward agentic development and AI-native workflows.

We'd love to hear that you have:

A relevant engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar

A few years of professional experience in software development

Experience with Go (or a strong desire to master it) and a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures (e.g. AWS)

Experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Docker and Kubernetes

Integrated agentic development tools like Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor into your daily workflow to multiply your productivity

A collaborative mindset and good communication skills

It's a bonus if you also have:

Experience with a variety of languages and frameworks (e.g. Rust, TypeScript, Node.js)

Experience with frontend development in React

A passion for automating the software factory, such as experimenting with LLM-based agents for coding, testing, or deployment

Experience with advanced CI/CD patterns
