Assignment Description
The client is transforming its logistics landscape and is looking for a TMS System Engineer to design, configure, and validate its Transport Management System (TMS).
You will translate business requirements into functional system solutions, improve transport and logistics processes, and work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and external suppliers.
What You Will Work On
Analyse business needs and translate them into functional system solutions.
Design and configure TMS parameters, business rules, workflows, and functionality.
Assess the impact of system and process changes.
Support improvements to transport and logistics processes.
Plan and perform functional testing and solution validation.
Ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Maintain configuration and parameter documentation.
Build internal TMS knowledge and support long-term system maintenance.
What You Bring
Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, or other critical supply chain systems.
Good understanding of transport and logistics processes.
Experience in functional system configuration and solution design.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
Experience with functional testing and validation.
Analytical, structured, and problem-solving approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good written and spoken Swedish and English.
Meritorious
Experience with Manhattan Active Transportation Management.
Experience with other Manhattan solutions.
Background in retail, FMCG, or wholesale.
Experience in large-scale logistics or supply chain transformations.
