Contributing to more efficient ways of working, processes and tools within testing
Building strong collaboration between the business, IT and external suppliers
Required skills
At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager in complex IT and business development projects

A structured, self-driven approach and a track record of coordinating many dependencies
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Merits

Experience from implementation projects involving several external suppliers
ISTQB certification or equivalent
Experience of agile and hybrid delivery models
Experience of integration platforms or large enterprise system landscapes
Personal qualities
You are structured, quality-minded and solution-oriented, with the drive to keep work moving forward. You communicate clearly and pedagogically, collaborate well with different kinds of stakeholders, and build trust easily. You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments with many parallel dependencies.
Location and remote work
Hybrid working is possible, with 2–3 days per week at the office. Visits to Stockholm and Gothenburg will be needed one to two times per month, more frequently around test activities.
