About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our technology team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered solutions that support our internal operations and business processes. You will work with modern AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), to build intelligent applications, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency. The position combines AI application development with backend engineering and system integration, offering the opportunity to work on practical AI solutions in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and internal tools.

Integrate LLMs and AI services with existing enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and AI-driven workflows.

Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions and knowledge retrieval capabilities.

Support the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven improvements.

Ensure the reliability, security, and maintainability of developed solutions.

What You'll Bring

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with Python and software development.

Familiarity with REST APIs, backend services, and system integration.

Understanding of LLMs and AI application development.

Familiarity with Git, Docker, and modern software development practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
