The Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly every day, working alongside our chefs, you’ll support with food preparation, organisation and cleanliness while learning how a busy professional kitchen operates. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to develop their skills within hospitality.

What you'll be doing

Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation

Help keep kitchen areas clean, organised and ready for service

Assist chefs during preparation and service when required

Receive, store and organise ingredients and deliveries correctly

Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures

Support with stock rotation and minimise food waste

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas

Work closely with the whole kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Bring a positive and helpful attitude to every shift
