We are looking for a Senior International Project Manager to support international collaboration within Saab's business operations in Karlskoga, Sweden.

In this role, you will coordinate parts of complex international projects; transferring technical information, documentation and production-related knowledge between international Saab organizations. You will work closely with engineering, project management, operations and other support functions to ensure efficient collaboration and successful delivery of business-critical activities in an international setting.

Your role

In this role, you will:

· Coordinate technical knowledge transfer and delivery of product-related information between international teams.

· Participate in product, production and process reviews.

· Identify risks, challenges and improvement opportunities related to documentation and processes.

· Support knowledge sharing and technology transfer activities.

· Collaborate with engineering, project management and production teams to ensure information is accurate, complete and delivered on time.

· Support planning and coordination of training and knowledge transfer activities.

· Coordinate activities across multiple functions, including Operations, Quality, Finance, HR and Facilities.

· Support project planning, follow-up and reporting to stakeholders and management.

· Travel internationally when required to support business needs.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with vast experience in project management or project coordination within a technical, industrial or manufacturing environment. You have the ability to understand complex technical information, coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and drive progress in a structured and collaborative way, in an international context.

To succeed in this role, you are comfortable working in an international environment and building strong relationships across functions, cultures and geographical locations. You have excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to identify and address challenges before they impact delivery.

Professional proficiency in English is required.

Experience from the defense, aerospace, manufacturing or technology sectors is considered an advantage, as is previous experience of international projects, cross-border collaboration or working with technical documentation and product lifecycle management.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
