Mpya Sci & Tech is a company built by engineers – for engineers. We’ve created a workplace where you, as an employee, are always at the center. In everything we do, we strive for a high level of involvement and responsiveness to our employees' thoughts about their future roles and careers. Together, we are building a strong, inclusive, curious, and open-minded culture that offers great opportunities for our team members. We want you to work on assignments that you are passionate about, grow professionally, and maintain a healthy work–life balance.

About the roleWe are looking for a Camera Integration Engineer for an assignment with one of our clients in the automotive industry. You will work hands-on with camera integration on NVIDIA-based automotive compute platforms for ADAS applications. The work covers the whole camera pipeline, from low-level driver development and camera bring-up to image quality validation and handling camera data. The assignment starts at short notice, and you will go straight into ongoing integration and debugging work.

What you’ll do

Integrate camera sensors on NVIDIA DRIVE platforms in an automotive/ADAS environment

Develop, configure and debug camera drivers, including sensor-to-SoC communication and camera bring-up

Configure and troubleshoot GMSL2/GMSL3 serializer/deserializer links

Run image quality checks, validate the image pipeline and debug image acquisition issues

Handle high-bandwidth camera streams, including video encoding and compression

Set up efficient capture, buffering, compression and logging of high-volume camera data for validation and ADAS development

Work on multi-camera synchronization, timestamping and frame synchronization, including hardware-level sync

Troubleshoot at system level across the camera sensor, SerDes, driver and compute platform

Who you areYou’re a hands-on engineer who enjoys getting systems to work in practice. You like digging into hardware–software issues, you work in a structured way when debugging, and you can contribute quickly in a fast-moving integration project. You’re more at home at the bench and in the code than in purely conceptual or architectural work.

Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems or a related field

Proven hands-on experience with camera integration on NVIDIA DRIVE platforms in automotive/ADAS

Experience developing and debugging camera drivers, SerDes configuration and camera bring-up

Practical experience with GMSL2 and/or GMSL3, including link establishment and troubleshooting

Experience with image quality validation and image pipeline debugging

Experience with video encoding/compression and high-bandwidth data streams

Understanding of multi-camera synchronization and timestamping

Available to start at short notice

AlsoIt’s a plus if you have experience with:

Embedded Linux and/or QNX, and C/C++ development

V4L2, NVIDIA DriveOS/DriveWorks or similar camera frameworks

Logging and data recording solutions for ADAS development

ISP tuning or camera calibration

Automotive safety standards (ISO 26262)
