Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages according to Hard Rock standards.

Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging service while creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout every shift.

Take orders, process payments, and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.

Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality in every drink.

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and proper handling and storage of beverages.

Work closely with the bar, floor, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar bar or restaurant role is preferred.

Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and basic mixology.

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating excellent guest experiences.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

The ability to stay organized, work efficiently, and remain calm during busy shifts.

A team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
