Product Engineer · Saint-Gobain Ecophon Aktiebolag

We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our acoustic systems at our headquarters just outside Helsingborg.

About the position:

As a Product Engineer, you will help ensure our products meet customer expectations regarding regulatory requirements, acoustics, sustainability and design. Working closely with R&D, Production, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you will support both existing products and future innovations.

Key responsibilities:

Technical ownership of assigned product ranges, including compliance and documentation.

Drive product improvements, quality enhancements, and cost optimization.

Lead technical investigations and support root cause analyses.

Coordinate product changes across the organization.

Maintain product documentation and engineering data.

Support production sites and industrialization activities.

Contribute to innovation projects and new acoustic solutions.

The position is part of Ecophon’s R&D and Innovation Department and is based in Hyllinge, Sweden.

About You

You are a proactive and curious engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and turning ideas into practical solutions. You thrive in cross-functional and international teams, work in a structured way, and take initiative to drive improvements.

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Relevant experience, preferably within construction or building materials.

Strong technical and mechanical understanding.

Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably Inventor.

Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

Excellent written and spoken English.
