We’re looking for a Product Developer RTW to join us on a 12-month parental leave cover. As one of three product developers, you’ll share ownership of the full product lifecycle for RTW across multiple categories, from sourcing and development through fittings, SMS, PPS and into production. Are you hands-on with quality, precise in the details and at your best as part of a team? Come join us.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Oversee the full RTW product lifecycle from seasonal kick-off to shipment, with a focus on quality, on-time delivery and efficient bulk processes.

Lead fittings and make sure every product meets our quality standards.

Keep the critical path on track, aligning with other departments and suppliers so that all sample rounds and production land on time for key business dates.

Support pre-bookings, drop planning and capacity booking throughout the creation stages.

Keep PLM and internal systems up to date so cross-functional teams have the information they need.

Support supplier sourcing and counter-sourcing strategies together with the Head of Development & Production.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Drive improvements in production delivery, quality and lead times.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We seek people with most of the following:

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

At least 3 years of experience in RTW product development, with 2 or more of those years within a brand.

A strong understanding of garment construction, techniques and fittings, including complex pieces.

Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe and PLM systems.

An analytical, structured and organized way of working.

A proactive approach to solving problems, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate several things at once.

Curiosity, adaptability and passion for product.

A BIT ABOUT AXEL ARIGATO

Founded in Sweden in 2014 by Albin Johansson and Max Svärdh, Axel Arigato was born with a disruptive mindset, modernising and democratising the sneaker landscape through a blend of style, quality, community and a digital-first approach. Grounded in Scandinavian minimalism and elevated with playful, intentional details, every piece is designed with care: crafted to move globally, worn with individuality. What began online expanded into physical spaces built for energetic cultural exchange: stores and experiences where conversations, performances, and unexpected activations dissolve the boundaries between brand and culture. Today, Axel Arigato continues to evolve with purpose via a people-powered approach. It shows up where culture happens: on streets, at events and across cities.

Built on curiosity. Driven by connection.
